Hi.

My name is Taylor Weatherholt, and I created this music blog site just for kicks. I would consider myself an avid music listener, and would like to channel the inner critique in myself into a creative form. 

During the day I'm an Environmental Science student that plays in the Ypsilanti Symphony Orchestra. By literally any other time of day, I listen to bands such as Billy Talent, Green Day, The Foo Fighters, Halestorm, Nirvana, all the way to Stone Temple Pilots, Weezer, David Bowie, and even Patsy Cline. I play guitar, enjoy singing, and my wardrobe consists of black. I'm also a huge fan of live music, whether it be blues, jazz, or rock, it's all good stuff if it's coming straight from the instrument and into my ears. 

The main purpose of this blog is to share music with fellow music listeners that they may not have heard before. I know there are times I get in those so called music ruts, and somehow get stuck listening to the same one album for weeks. My goal is to help you peak an interest in new bands, new sounds, and new music. A lot of times, our favorite bands are formed by just stumbling across one of their songs and thinking, "hmm, yeah, I really dig this!" . The next thing you know, you have the whole discography memorized like the back of your hand! 

So, yeah! I hope there is something here to be found for you, and if not, you can admire the pretty website that took me hours to create.
